1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Customized or personalized items are not eligible for refunds.

2. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at support@deosheadwrap.com with your order details and reason for the return.
Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

Customized or made-to-order headwraps.
Items purchased on sale or during promotional offers.
Accessories such as earrings, scarves, or any intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

4. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
If a refund is approved, only the item’s cost will be refunded; original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
